Parinaz founded Blue Boat Data to help companies use analytics to significantly improve their productivity and performance.
She has spent the past 20 years building and leading analytics, data management, and digital marketing teams across Coach, Nike, Ralph Lauren, and Tapestry. She has built data management ecosystems including global databases across multiple brands and launched the data science functions at Nike, Ralph Lauren and Tapestry.
Parinaz has implemented and used over 60 marketing and tech vendor solutions, but has never found one that did everything she wanted it to. Blue Boat Data is her answer to building technology that solves the pain points that teams still face - systems are fragmented, hard to implement and manage, and in most cases not user friendly.
Parinaz is a strong believer that technology alone can’t help companies maximize value from their data. They need a strategic partner to help navigate the complex data economy and drive growth from breakthrough analytics. She founded Blue Boat to be that partner.

Hamed has over 10 years of experience in the design, research and development of cutting edge software technologies and applications related to data analysis including IOT, explainability, anomaly detection and robotics.
His past work and research experience includes building machine learning algorithms to enhance accuracy while minimizing computational complexity, redesigning the software architecture of robots to maximize their performance, and numerous big data technologies in a variety of domains.
Hamed has a B.Sc. in Hardware Engineering, a M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. He holds 10 patents and was a Distinguished University Researcher at Simon Fraser University.

Lisa has over 20 years experience leading analytical and data technology initiatives across Bank of America, Citibank, Acxiom, Nike, and Beats Electronics. She has a Master of Science in Statistics and Decision Sciences from Georgia State University and has most recently been focused on working with startup brands building their advanced analytics capabilities.
Over the span of her career, Lisa has built hundreds of predictive models , and most importantly, led efforts to integrate analytics into decision making at all levels – from analyst to C-suite. She has launched , tested, and measured the performance of customer segmentation, revenue forecasting, and marketing optimization models for dozens of applications. She understands what has worked and what has not – as well as the challenges in helping organizations adopt and operationalize these solutions.
Lisa believes that advanced analytics continues to be underutilized by companies and wants to help lead change by demystifying its complexity. She has countless direct experiences of where her work has led to tangible results. Her colleagues refer to her as a ninja in making the most complex data science explainable.
